Products are downloadable PrestaShop modules; no shipping fee applies. Check the product description, tested versions and licence before ordering. Free modules require no payment; an account may be required for downloads. Notice Bar uses the MIT licence included in its ZIP, not the commercial restrictions below.
Unless a different licence is clearly stated before purchase, a paid licence permits indefinite use of the purchased version on one live store and one private development/test copy of that store. Separate commercial stores require separate licences. Changes for that store are allowed; resale, sublicensing or public distribution of proprietary code is not. Third-party and open-source licences remain applicable. The licence must be available before purchase and included in the ZIP.
Published updates to the same paid module are included without an additional fee. This does not promise particular future features or compatibility with every future PrestaShop version. Paid purchases include 365 days of technical assistance with installation, configuration and module defects in the declared compatible environment. Custom development, migrations and unrelated third-party repairs are separate services. Extensions require a separate order; there is no automatic renewal. Mandatory conformity and security-update rights remain unaffected.
An additional 30-day guarantee covers a paid module that fails to perform its described functionality and whose defect cannot be resolved. Report the issue to support@prestafuse.com within 30 days of payment confirmation, with the order reference and reasonable diagnostic information. A timely claim remains eligible while investigation continues. Approved guarantee refunds are made within 14 days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without extra cost. The commercial licence ends on refund; statutory and MIT rights are unaffected. New feature requests are not defects.
Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, consumers may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract by a clear notice to either email above. Include your name, address, order reference, product and date; no mandatory wording is required. Lawful withdrawal refunds are made within 14 days of notice. General acceptance of terms alone does not waive this right. PRESTAFUSE will not rely on the paid digital-content exception without the required prior express consent, acknowledgement and durable confirmation. Rights concerning defective content remain separate from withdrawal and the 30-day guarantee.
MB W3 states that it is not VAT-registered in Lithuania. VAT is not charged where no legal obligation applies; this is not a worldwide tax exemption. The final price, currency and any legally applicable taxes must be disclosed before payment. Worldwide availability is subject to law and supported payment countries. Stripe is the intended payment provider, with MB W3 remaining the seller; it is not connected in this demo. Test orders charge no money. After a confirmed real payment, purchased ZIPs and available versions are supplied in My downloads.
Send complaints to support@prestafuse.com. Consumer complaints receive a reasoned written response within 14 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority at vvtat.lrv.lt or vtis.lt, or a competent court. Lithuanian law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. The terms and product licence shown at purchase govern that order; later changes do not reduce acquired rights.
